The Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library underwent a rebrand by local design firm LPK︎︎︎. Examining the wayfinding of the Libraries’ Clifton Branch provided opportunities to extend this branding into an improved wayfinding experience through directional signage and placemaking that highlights its value in the community.

In observing the site and speaking with key stakeholders, I gathered insight into how people use the library, its special attributes, and pain points of the space. A prominent challenge was providing clear guidance to the basement area and upholding the traditional feel of the branch as contemporary signage is implemented.
